Edmonton police believe they’ve identified the killer of three armoured car security guards and have filed Canada-wide warrants for first degree murder (three counts) and attempted murder (one count) against Travis Brandon Baumgartner, 21, of Edmonton, identified this morning as a person of interest in the case.
“With the approval of the Crown, we now believe we have reasonable, probable grounds, that this is the person responsible for this terrible crime,” said Bob Hassel, EPS Supt. Police believe Baumgartner is “armed and dangerous” and are urging the public to use extreme caution should they happen to encounter Baumgartner.
