MacDonnell wanted on 29 outstanding warrants

Grande Prairie RCMP are hoping the public can assist them in locating Roy MacDonnell, a 29-year old man who police believe is in the Grande Prairie area.
Corporal Carol McKinley of the the Grande Prairie RCMP says the RCMP Target Team is looking for MacDonnell. He is wanted on a number of warrants including two impaired driving charges, one driving over .08 charge, one charge of refusing a breath sample and one charge of obstructing a peace officer.
The charges stem from incidents between September 2009 to March 2011.
Roy MacDonnell is described as a Caucasian man, 29-years old, 6′ tall, 186 pounds, red hair with green/hazel eyes.
