Calgary house fire sends one person taken to hospital
Northeast Calgary house fire
Fire broke out at just before noon
Calgary Fire Department crews were called out to a house fire in the northeast neighbourhood of Marlborough Park on Friday morning.
Crews were alerted at 11:30 about the house fire in the 800 block of Maidstone Dr N.E. When the first team of firefighters arrived at the scene, they found one person injured in the blaze and handed their care to EMS. The victim was taken to hospital.
A second alarm was called in and crews are still on scene.
