Calgary Transit wants to hear from its customers their ideas on improving service for transit users. Until Monday October 10, Calgary Transit is taking applications to participate in the new Customer Advisory Group.
Calgary Transit is looking for people who use transit to constructively bring forth ideas, enthusiasm and their own perspective on public transit in the city of Calgary. Membership in the Customer Advisory Group is on a voluntary basis.
Fred Wong, Calgary Transit Director and Mayor Naheed Nenshi announced the formation of the group on September 19. Advisory group members will talk about their own customer experience while using transit as well as serve as a sounding board for customer service initiatives. Also, members will provide new perspectives on the customer experience and assist in advising on customer service policies.
If you are interested in being a member of the Customer Advisory Group, you can apply online at www.calgarytransit.com.
