Police believe a home invasion in the southeast neighbourhood of Penbrooke on Monday night was a targeted attack.
Four unknown male culprits forced their way into the home in the 1100 block of 52A St S.E. at around 10 p.m. Once inside the home, the suspects demanded drugs from the occupants and lead them through the home. The suspects fled the home before police arrived at the residence.
One person in the home was assaulted during the attack and had to be taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries where he was treated and released.
The victims were only able to give a description of one of the four men. The man is described as a Native male, in his early 20′s with a slim build. He is approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing about 150 pounds. He is fair skinned and was wearing a dark coloured zip up hoodie and dark coloured pants.
