Matt Masters is again putting together the annual, free, downtown, country and western music festival. Since its inception, the Spaghetti Western Festival has grown to be the largest alternative country music festival in all of Canada.
In the spirit of spaghetti western films of the 60′s, which took western films in new directions, the Spaghetti Western Festival will push the boundaries of country and western music by featuring new and contemporary acts. The Spaghetti Western Festival has a knack for staying ahead of the country music curve. Past performers have been nominated for Juno Awards, WCMA Awards and many other successes. An artist making an appearance at the Spaghetti Western Festival has been pegged as an up an comer in the alternative country music industry.
