Woman injured in fire in RV
A woman in her fifties was injured when the motorhome she was living in caught fire while she was inside the RV.
Firefighters were called to a home in the 1400 block of Russell Road N.E., at just before 9 a.m. on Saturday. The motorhome was parked at the rear of the home on Russell Road. When crews arrived, they found the woman laying on the ground near by the burning motorhome. She was treated by the firefighters and then care for the woman was handed over to EMS when they arrived at the home.
Firefighters quickly attacked the fire and kept it from spreading to a nearby garage.
Investigators are on the scene of the blaze to determine what caused the fire. No damage estimate has been made yet.
