CREB and Calgary Regional Partnership launch new website designed to inform global investors and developers about real estate in and around Calgary.

The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) and Calgary Regional Partnership have launched a new website to offer comprehensive information about the available commercial and industrial properties in the region.

The new website promises to provide new insights to global investors and developers regarding real estate investment opportunities in Calgary.

Explore Calgary Region is the name of the new site, found at  www.explorecalgaryregion.ca, and it is aimed at promoting commercial and industrial opportunities by providing comprehensive data reports for businesses and site selectors looking to locate or expand in the area.

“CREB is excited for this new partnership with the Calgary Regional Partnership,” says CREB President Bob Jablonski. “This tool will benefit our members who do commercial and industrial business in the region by allowing interested parties to access their information more readily.”

The Calgary Regional Partnership created the website, integrating powerful online mapping tools, while CREB populates the search engine with available properties and other data.

The site includes features such as land use zoning and community profiles for surrounding regions.

Properties and reports on the website can be saved, printed, emailed or exported to various document formats and shared with clients through popular social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Visitors to the site can select a community of interest and specify criteria such as preferred size and whether they are looking to buy or lease property.

The tool matches the visitor’s criteria and provides details including REALTOR contact information.

The site also offers community profiles by demographics, consumer expenditures and labor force. It reaches south to Nanton, north to Airdrie/Irricana, west to Canmore/Banff and east to Strathmore.
