Edmonton Police investigating man’s death
25-year old Catlin Houle died during the early morning hours of August 3
Edmonton Police are investigating the death of 25-year old Catlin Houle after the man was found injured in a residential area just east of the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
Police responded to a disturbance call in the area of 109A Ave and 98 St just after midnight on Friday, August 3. When they arrived, they found Houle suffering from serious injuries.
Noreen Remtulla of the Edmonton Police Service says EMS also responded to the scene, but Catlin Houle was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy was performed this morning and the Edmonton Medical Examiner has determined that Houle’s death was a homicide. The cause of death is not being released at this time.
The Edmonton Police Homicide Unit is investigating the young man’s death.
