Man gets into 83-year old woman’s home and exposes himself
Calgary Police are investigating two disturbing incidents in the southeast neighbourhood of Erin Woods.
The first incident occurred at around 1 a.m., on Wednesday, July 18 at a residence in the 200 block of Erin Croft Crescent S.E. A 14-year old girl spotted a peeping Tom looking into her window at her home. The girl described the suspect as being all dressed in black. He took off as soon as he was spotted.
Calgary Police sent a number of officers to search the area, but police were unable to find the man.
The second incident occurred on the same day, but late in the evening, at around 10:30 p.m at a home in the 200 block of Erin Woods Circle S.E.. The suspect entered the unlocked home of an 83-year old woman an exposed himself. The woman was able to lock herself in her bedroom and call police.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, 6’2″ tall with a muscular build. He had short hair.
Calgary Police officers are continuing to canvass the area, speaking with neighbours near both homes. At this point, police have not linked these two incidents with three others in Erin Woods in the past weeks.
