Man struck by ETS bus
As of now, no charges laid in collision
Man in hospital with serious injuries
A 41-year old man was struck by an Edmonton Transit System bus near the intersection of 104 Ave., and 116 St., on Thursday, January 19.
At around 2 p.m., the city bus was eastbound on 104 Ave., just past 116 Ave., in the south curb lane. The man walked off the south curb just east of the crosswalk and into the path of the bus.
The man was struck by the left front corner of the bus. He sustained serious, but non life-threatening injuries. Edmonton Police Traffic Section are investigating the accident and at this time, no charges have been laid.
