
28-year old Kenneth Law has been identified as the man who died last week after he was found near a vehicle fire in the northwest.
Police and fire crews were called out to a vehicle fire after 11 p.m., on Thursday September 8 in the 200 block of 28 Ave N.W. When they arrived they found the victim near the burning vehicle suffering from severe burns.
The man was taken to hospital, but died from his injuries the next day.
Law’s death is the fourth homicide of 2011. Police are not releasing the cause of death at this time. The CPS Arson and Homicide Unit continue to investigate the circumstances around the fire and LAW’s death.
